How we started

When Paris was announced as the host of the 2024 Olympic Games, Edgar Vernet and Hugo SPIES, both Co-founders, felt the desire to contribute to this historic event by creating their own real estate portfolio. Their vision was to allow travelers to experience an unforgettable stay while paying tribute to French culture and hospitality. They imagined typical accommodations, with a soul, and a quality of hotel service. Where owners who were not staying in the capital could make their accommodation available to rent during this event.

Jupiter Residences is present in the heart of the French Alps with an implementation in the 3 valleys while being present in Paris, Lyon and Spain. We are a very local organization, with teams on the ground in tourist cities around the world.
